Responsibilities
To manage all activities and tasks in call center business unit together with leading call center staff (Assistant Manager, Supervisor ,Senior agent ,Agent) to ensure the best quantity and quality are delivered to both business partners and end customer .
Qualification
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administrative or any related field
- Minimum 5 years working experience in call center business
- Having experience in operation management is very much advantage.
- Strong project management skill under time constraint
- Good command of English language both written and spoken
- Possess good communications skills and experience in conducting presentations.
- Fluent with MS office program ( Word , Excel , Power point )
